How to Use:
Hold the plastic grip and gently insert the earplug into the ear canal until snug. Do not force. Remove slowly by twisting and pulling gently on the grip.

• Rinse with fresh water after each use
• Allow to air dry completely before storing
• Store in the provided case
• Do not share earplugs between users
• Inspect regularly for wear or damage
