Returns Policy
Changed Your Mind/ Doesn't Fit/ Not What You Expected?
We want you to love what you've bought from us. We offer 30 day returns on all products that are purchased through www.aqualineswim.co.nz which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, this is not available to any caps or earplugs purchased through www.aqualineswim.co.nz. This is due to hygiene reasons.
You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return. Please note if your order has been returned and the remaining products fall under the $100 free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be removed from the refund.
You will need to return products at your own expense if you change your mind, but we will refund or credit postage if the product is faulty.
To ensure the credit is processed, please return with packing slip, highlighting items to be returned, along with a reason for the return. Please understand without this information we are unable to process your return.

Sale Items
Sale items are not returnable, and non refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Faulty Items
For faulty items we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
This means that it's at our discretion to offer a repair, replace, or refund. Please get in contact with us with a description of the fault, accompanied by a photo. Proof of purchase also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
