How to Fit:
Wet your hair slightly to reduce friction. Hold the cap open with both hands, thumbs inside. Place the front of the cap on your forehead, then gently stretch and roll it over the crown of your head. Tuck in any loose hair and adjust around your ears and nape until it feels snug but not tight.
