How to Fit:
Wet your hair slightly before putting on the cap. Hold it open with both hands (thumbs inside), then place the front of the cap on your forehead. Pull the rest over the back of your head gently, tucking in any hair as needed. Adjust around your ears and neck for a snug, even fit.
